School Without walls is a peculiar school and the teachers are working with peculiar children who needs special attention to bring out the best in them irrespective of the circumstances surrounding them. Life Builders Initiative has recognized that therefore knows that qualified teachers and volunteers are essential component of school programs that will result in improved outcomes for students. Therefore, we organize regular trainings for staff, teachers and volunteers to develop capacity so as to reach our goal of improving lives more effectively.​
