Mission Statement
A multi-sectoral engagement of public, private, CSOs, international development agencies, local and international NGOs towards providing an innovative and sustainable dialogue at resolving the out of school children crisis in Nigeria.
The LBI Stakeholders forum is a melting pot of thoughts, actions and finance towards resolving the out of school crisis in Nigeria. What makes it unique is that it is Civil Society Organization and private sector driven because we believe policies and financing the out of school children crisis in Nigeria must not be left solely in the hands of the Government and International Development agencies.
The LBI Stakeholders forum is an indigenous inspired collaboration involving all education stakeholders towards resolving the out of school children crisis in Nigeria.
Objectives of the LBI Stakeholders Forum
- To strategically engage individuals, organizations and relevant governmental agencies with the intention of raising partners for the sustenance of LBI’s projects.
- To reflect on the magnitude of the problem, success stories of the “LBI MODEL” and explore how it can be scaled up to other locations / states in Nigeria.
- Raise ‘Gold and Educational Partners’ for the sustenance of the Academic year activities of the SWW and other LBI projects.
- Provide a multi-sectorial opportunity to exchange information, ideas and strategies to enable us achieve set goals towards providing education for 20,000 (Twenty Thousand) out of school children annually in 10 more locations: FCT (1) , Sokoto State (1), Zamfara State (1), Yobe State (1), Adamawa State (1), Bauchi State (1), Niger State (1), Ogun State (1), Enugu State (1).
